This luxury 1 bed apartment located in the hills of Peyia consists of open plan
living & kitchen area with large double glazed patio doors leading to a spacious balcony with panoramic views of
the sea & mountains, overlooking the swimming pool & landscaped garden.

bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower, sink & w/c; the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes has
large double glazed patio doors leading into the balcony with panoramic views.
The balcony is equipped with wooden table & chairs and the kitchen is fully fitted with all new electrical
appliances, granite work tops. Blockout blinds have been fitted and there is a remote controlled air
conditioner.

recommend car rental if you are to fully enjoy your stay. A trip to the Troodos Mountains is highly recommended

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Peyia Village centre where you can find tavernas, a bar, supermarket,
takeaway, chemist and a bakery and you are also only a short drive away from Coral Bay, where you can take to
the beach and enjoy the array of water sports available. There are even more restaurants, bars and a disco in
Coral bay for those who want something a bit livelier, travel agents and much more besides.
